To promote Keane’s sponsorship of the Gartner Outsourcing Summit, we created several pieces that provided multiple touchpoints:
1) Program Ad (pre show) — designed to showcase “Adaptive Outsourcing” (Keane’s newest service offering), this ad appeared in the conference program book that was mailed to all attendees.

2) Data sheet (at show) — when attendees came to Keane’s booth, we had this sheet on hand to provide more information about Adaptive Outsourcing and its benefits.

3) Direct Mail (post show) — after the show, we sent this oversized self-mailer to all attendees, pointing them to Keane’s Web site to download a free research report.
