Survey CART is a game-changing academic research tool developed by ExtensionEngine and Harvard Business School. I worked with ExtensionEngine to draft a script and create a demo video that highlights the tool’s unique features and benefits.
This video communicates a lot of information in approximately 2 minutes of time, so it’s an efficient and engaging way to educate customers about ExtensionEngine’s skills while presenting a real-world example of their capabilities. (According to Dr. James McQuivey of Forrester Research, watching a minute of video is the equivalent of reading 1.8 million words.)
ExtensionEngine uses their videos not only on their website, but also pushes them out through all the other online and social media channels. In addition, they often use videos in presentations in offline settings as well as in email marketing campaigns — which generates 2-3 times higher click-thru rates compared to static emails.
